Each meal is a little different. BUT, good news! The heating instructions are sent out in each order email. They are also included on each label, so make sure to not throw the labels out!

We sure do! We deliver to most neighborhoods in the greater Charlotte NC area. On our order page it will tell you if we deliver to your zip code or not. If we do  not deliver to your address; we have many pickup locations across Charlotte and surrounding towns.

We add every ingredient we use to the labels for each meal. It is listed both on the meal label and the website. Most of the time we are able to help out people in Charlotte, NC with their dietary restrictions. Our allergens are listed on every meal, and we do our best to not cross contaminant during our cooking process.
