While many of our meals are made with gluten-free ingredients, please note that our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility. Cross-contamination is possible, though we take every reasonable precaution to prevent it. Individuals with severe allergies or sensitivities should use their discretion when ordering.

We prepare each week’s menu based on the total number of orders received. In the event that an item does not receive sufficient orders to produce efficiently, we reserve the right to make a substitution of a similar item. Our goal is always to ensure quality, freshness, and timeliness — never compromise.

Once orders leave our kitchen and are in the care of our delivery drivers, Maple Meal Prep cannot be responsible for how meals are handled or stored after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear delivery instructions, including where to place the order if you will not be home. During warmer months, we strongly recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs in the designated drop-off location to maintain food safety and freshness.
